UK Next Day Delivery is £3.95
We use DPD Local as our third party courier to deliver most orders in the UK, all orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day. You will receive an email and then a text confirming your delivery. We may use Royal Mail sometimes, you'll also receive a tracking number also.
European Shipping: £14.95
For European Shipping we use Royal Mail to ship your order, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Please note delivery times for European orders will vary depending on your location. Please allow 5-7 working days. Please note there is a weight restriction of 2kg for European shipping and we are unable to ship glass.
Worldwide Shipping: £29.95
For Worldwide Shipping we use DPD or Royal Mail to ship your order, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Please note delivery times for Worldwide orders will vary depending on your country, please allow 7-10 working days. Please note there is a weight restriction of 2kg for Worldwide shipping and we are unable to ship glass.
Please note for delivery outside of the UK:
- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Vitally Vegan does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages arriving outside of your country.
- We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.
- Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a £14.95 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
- Royal Mail deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds/reimbursements for shipping costs cannot be offered.
We do our endeavour to wrap all orders with the highest protection using wood wool, should your box arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the matter within 24 hours.
