Pea Protein Isolate & White Hemp - Pea protein is rich in iron and BCAA's in particular arginine, which helps promote blood flow and heart health. And leucine, isoleucine and valine which help promote muscle growth. White hemp is full of nutritional benefits to the body and mind, and hemp is an excellent source of Omega-3 (essential fatty acids) Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 and fibre. Hemp contains all 9 essential amino acids.
Gluten-free Oats - Oats are a great slow-releasing carbohydrate and keep you feeling fuller for longer. Oats are rich in antioxidants and fibre. Overall oats are very nutritious.

Flaxseeds are rich in fibre and Omega-3, used to improve digestive health, lower blood pressure and bad cholesterol.
Maca Root is a very powerful root and has proven to increase libido, energy and endurance. It also contains flavonoids which are thought to improve mood and reduce anxiety. The root is known to fight free radicals in the body too.
Acai Berry is abundant in the antioxidant anthocyanin, which is believed to lower oxidative stress and inflammation, and it also promotes brain health.
Matcha Green Tea contains a concentrated amount of antioxidants, which may reduce cell damage and prevent chronic disease.
Seagreens (Kelp/Brown Algae/Bladderwrack) Has an abundance of vitamins and minerals. It also has a concentrated amount of Iodine and an amino acid Tyrosine, which work together to support Thyroid Function.
Naturally sweetened with stevia & Fruit Powders - We only use stevia glycosides to sweeten our protein powders, this is from the stevia plant and has zero calories but provides a nice sweet taste. We add various fruit powders to our powders too such as freeze-dried blueberry powder to the Blueberry flavour.

Using our coconut husk scoop, mix 4 levelled scoops = 60g Serving, with 300ml of water or non-dairy milk such as; coconut, almond or even oat milk for a more creamy taste.
