Vegan Coconut Protein Waffles

Vegan protein coconut waffles. These are perfect as a weekend breakfast!

Preparation-  5 minutes
Cooking Time -  6 minutes
Makes - 2/3
Level - Easy


2 cups coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
2 tsp apple cider
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
To make
Step 1 - Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Step 2 - Turn on your waffle maker, add a little oil or coconut oil to the moulds.
Step 3 - Pour in an even amount.
Step 4 - Leave to cook for the desired time, depending on your machine 4-6 minutes.
Step 5 - Drizzle with your favourite dressing and fresh fruit.
