
Oh, so indulgent Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies. Perfect for the festive season! Recipe by Merilin at Almost Zero Waste.

120g Oat Flour
65g Vitally Vegan Coconut Protein Powder
1/2 tspn Baking Soda
A Pinch of Salt
95g Brown Sugar
100g Chocolate Chips
60ml Coconut Oil
45ml Plant Milk
Step 1: Add all dry ingredients into a bowl. Then, add the wet ingredients, and mix well. Add the chocolate and stir until everything is well combined.
Step 2: Shape 13 big or 18 small balls, place them on a prepared baking sheet, and press to form cookie shapes.
Note: For best results, refrigerate the cookies for at least an hour.
Step 3: Bake at 170°C for about 14-15 minutes, or until just set. (if the cookies are smaller, check them after ~13 minutes!).
Step 5: Let the cookies cool down for ~20 minutes, then enjoy!
