Strawberry Coconut Balls

If your looking for something a little different as a vegan sweet treat, then look no further, not only do these beautiful strawberry balls taste divine they look amazing to serve to friends and family. Plus one ball is more than enough even for the sweetest of tooth!

Preparation Time -  10 minutes
Makes - 10/12 balls
Level - Easy


100g Desiccated Coconut
1 tsp Blue Spirlina Powder
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Whipping Cream
10-12 Strawberries
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
30g Cacao Powder
50ml Maple Syrup

To make
Step 1 -  Mix the desiccated coconut, protein powder and blue spirulina in a bowl.
Step 2 - Add the melted coconut oil, coconut cream, Troo inulin fibre and mix again.
Step 3 - Using your hands shape the mixture around each strawberry and place in the fridge while you prepare the next step.
Step 4 - Melt the other 1/4 cup of coconut oil and mix with the maple syrup and cacao powder in a bowl.
Step 5 - Remove the covered strawberries form the fridge and dip in the melted chocolate.
Step 6 - Place back in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
Step 7 - Sprinkle withe crushed nuts and serve!
