What better combination is there than salted caramel and peanut butter? These bites are quick and easy and can be stored in the fridge or freezer once made. They pack 8g of protein per tiny bite and only 128kcal too.

6 Scoops Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1 Tin Chick Peas, including the water
60g Peanut Butter
2 tsp Salted Caramel Essence
40g Chocolate Chips
40g Maple Syrup
1 tsp Baking Powder

Step 1 - Pre heat the oven to 175c.
Step 2 - Drain the chickpeas, and set the water to one side.
Step 3 - In a bowl, or a blender blitz the chickpeas until they've crumbled.
Step 4 - Then in another bowl add half the chick pea water and whisk until frothy.
Step 5 - Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Step 6 - Stir in the frothy chickpea water and fold the mixture using your hands.
Step 7 - Press into a square tin and place in the over for 12-14 minutes.
Step 8 - Remove and cut into 12 slices.
Store in the fridge for freshness, also suitable for freezing.
