Small, but mighty and gooey just how a brownie should be. If you have a sweet tooth then these are a great little treat to make, they're small but packed full of protein, under 100kcal and so delicious.
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 12 minutes
Makes - 12-14 bites
Level - Easy
1 Tin Black Beans (drained & rinsed)
1/2 Packet of Oggs (Egg substitute)
2 tsp's Caramel Essence
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1-2 tbsp Biscoff spread (optional)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
Nutritional Information Per Bite
Step 1 - Pre-heat oven to 180c.
Step 2 - In a mixing bowl add all the wet ingredients.
Step 3 - Melt the coconut oil in a separate bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 4 - Pour in the dry ingredients to the wet.
Step 5 - Then whisk the ingredients for a few minutes or until mixture is ready. I use a kitchen aid.
Step 6 - Pour into a baking tin and bake at 180c for 12-14 minutes.
Step 7 - Stir the biscoff spread on top.
Step 8 - Leave to cool down and slice up and enjoy!
