Overnight Protein Oats... Oh Yes Please!
An awesome and nutritious breakfast, if you no you've got a busy day ahead.
Preparation - 2 mins
Cooling time - Overnight
Serves - 1
Level - Easy
1 Cup Jumbo oats
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Scoops of Vitally Vegan Chocolate & Coconut Protein Powder
1 Cup Coconut Milk
Step 1 - Add the protein and the milk to an airtight jar and mix until dissolved, with no lumps.
Step 2 - T hen add the oats and chia seeds and stir.
Step 3 - Seal the lid and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4 - I n the morning remove from the fridge and eat straight from the jar, top with your favourite fruit and enjoy!
