This one-pot salted caramel brownie is a super quick dish to make if your craving something sweet. It's also high in protein with 25g for one serving. You can enjoy hot or cold.

1 tbsp Coconut Flour
15g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Sweetener
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Chocolate Essence
1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Marshmallows
1 Flax Egg ( 1tsp ground flax seeds with 3 tsp water)

Step 1 - Make the flax egg, by adding the flax and the 3tsp of water into a small dish and leave for it to thicken for a few minutes.
Step 2 - Then in a small microwaveable bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Make a small gap in the centre, pour in the almond milk, the extra water and flax egg.
Step 3 - String until a smooth mixture forms.
Step 4 - Microwave for 2 minutes. Leave too cool and either enjoy warm or cold.
