These oat filled protein bars are perfect for a mid afternoon snack, or if your not a big fan of breakfast try one of these with your morning coffee or tea.

260g Jumbo Oats
4 Scoops of Vitally Vegan Chocolate & Coconut Protein Powder
100g Almond Butter
65g Date Syrup
75g Chocolate Chips
50ml Almond Milk

Step 1 - Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2 - Then microwaveable bowl, add the almond butter and date syrup together, microwave for 1-2 mins until runny.
Step 3 - Stir in with the dry ingredients.
Step 4 - Then add the almond milk until a dough-like texture starts to form.
Step 5 - Place the ingredients in a baking tray or something similar and pop in the freezer for 60 mins approximately.
Step 6 - Remove and cut into 12 slices.
Store in the fridge for freshness.
