Healthy Vegan Fudge

If you know us here at Vitally Vegan, you'll know that in addition to creating products that are truly good for you, we like to focus on sustainable living. So, when we had the chance to collaborate with Merilin at Almost Zero Waste, we were thrilled!

As soon as the protein powder arrived with Merilin (@almostzero_waste), she got to work creating the most delicious healthy vegan fudge using our Salted Caramel Protein Powder!

Not only are these delicious little bites *actually* healthy, but they only require 5 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time to make.

How to Make

Step 1: To a blender, add 200ml coconut milk from a can, 50ml date syrup, and 12ml melted cocoa butter. Blend it for a few seconds.

Step 2: Next, add 64grams of Vitally Vegan Protein Powder. Merilin used Salted Caramel flavour, which is one of her favourites!

Step 3: Then, add 64g of peanut flour and 50ml of date syrup. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Step 4: After that, transfer to a smaller container (Merilin used a 15x20 cm tray).

Step 5: Put it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, then cut it into small squares. Merilin ended up with 35 pieces!
