Our friend Merilin over at Almost Zero Waste (@almostzero_waste) has been working her magic again! This time, with Healthy Blueberry Blondies - a yummy (yet healthy) bake that'll satisfy your sweet tooth!
100ml Date Syrup
20g Coconut Oil
30g Vitally Vegan Protein Powder (Forest Fruits)
30g Oat Flour
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2: Blend the Beans, Banana, Coconut Oil and Date Syrup.
Step 3: Then, add the Protein Powder and the Oat Flour and blend again.
Step 4: Next, add the Chocolate and Blueberries and mix with a spoon.
Step 5: Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper or reusable silicone baking mats.
Step 6 (Optional): Sprinkle some extra Blueberries and Chocolate on top if you wish!
Step 7: Bake for 24-25mins. The result might feel a little soft, but once it cools, it will be perfect.
Once cooled, cut into segments and enjoy!
