Vegan Fruity Flapjack bars. High protein little bites bursting with fruity flavours and full of nutrients!

130g Medjool Dates
150g Jumbo Oats
50g Blanched Almonds
25g Goji Berries
40g Coconut Oil
60g Date Syrup
1 Bar of Sainsbury's Free From White Chocolate
1 Cup of Raspberries
6 Scoops Vitally Vegan Forest Fruits Protein Powder

Step 1 - Add the dates, almonds and goji berries to a food processor and blitz until crumbled.
Step 2 - Then add in the porridge oats, protein powder and blitz for just 10 seconds, to allow the oats and powder to mix in.
Step 3 - Remove from the food processor and place in a lined tin or baking tray.
Step 4 - Press down firmly and flatten the mixture.
Step 5 - Pop in the freezer for 30 mins or until mixture is firm.
Step 6 - Then in a saucepan add your white chocolate and raspberries to low heat and stir until melted.
Step 7 - Remove mixture from freezer and drizzle the melted sauce over the top.
Step 8 - Place back in the freezer for a further 20mins or until hard.
