Raw Vegan Chocolate & Orange Protein Bites

These are our signature high protein vegan bites. They're great as a go-to snack and last weeks when kept in the fridge. We recommend 1 or 2 per day for a great tasting vegan snack!
It's like eating fudge but a healthy version!

200g Medjool Dates
150g Blanched Almonds
120g Vitally Vegan Protein Powder (Chocolate & Orange Flavour)
70g Cacao Powder
30g Chia Seeds
2 tsp Orange Essence
60ml Almond Milk

To make
Step 1 - In a food processor, blitz the dates and almonds together until a crumble forms.
Step 2 - Then add the cacao, and protein powder, blitz for a further 10 seconds. 
Step 3 - Add in the orange essence and half of the almond milk blitz again for approximately 1 minute.
Step 4 - Gradually add the remaining almond milk whilst the food processor is going. The mixture will start to form like a dough texture when ready.
Step 5 - Press the mixture into a lined tin, or a rubber mould, making sure to compact it using a spatula. 
Step 6 - Place in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes, then remove and cut into squares.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer, the bites will last longer and taste much nicer.
