
Oh, how we love a healthy bake. One of our Brand Partners, Georgie (@plantpowered.peach) has created this incredible high protein Biscoff Banana Bread recipe, and we're obsessed!
Delicious and super easy to make, this banana bread works great as pre or post workout fuel:

85g Vitally Vegan Protein Powder (Salted Caramel)
180g Self Raising Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
175ml Oat Milk
60g Yoghurt
50g Biscoff Spread

Protein: 7g
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and line a loaf tin.
Step 2: Mash the bananas until smooth.
Step 3: Add and mix all of the remaining ingredients into a bowl, excluding the Biscoff.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into your lined loaf tin.
Step 5: Next, heat the Biscoff in the microwave until runny. Add on top of the loaf, using a knife to create a pattern.
Step 5: Pop into the oven for 50mins or until baked through... And, enjoy!
