Vegan Protein Pink Hummus. It's so quick and easy to make your own hummus and its so much nicer than shop brought as its fresh. We added some of our coconut protein powder as it has a very natural and neutral taste to give the hummus a little extra protein kick. Served on our home-made sourdough.

1 Can Of Chickpeas
4 Small Beetroot (cooked)
2 Scoops Vitally Vegan Coconut Protein Powder
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Step 1 - In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 2 - Serve on toasted sourdough with avocado and sprinkled hemp seed on top, or add to a wrap.
