It's 2019 and the world is in utter disarray, politics is at it's worst and illness is destroying all our lives. Let's look at why turning vegan is the best thing you can do right now for your body, your family and the planet. 

Most meat eaters will tell you all the reasons to eat meat. Lets talk about the reasons to avoid it! 


Meats (Turkey, Beef, Pork etc) contain a chemical called haem  this is part of the red pigment in the blood, haemoglobin is broken down in our gut to form a family of chemicals called N-nitroso compounds. According to Cancer Research these have been found to damage the cells that line the bowel, so other cells in the bowel lining have to replicate more in order to heal this.  It’s this ‘extra’ replication that can increase the chance of mutation developing in the cells’ DNA – the first step on the road to cancer. Animal Agriculture is by far the biggest contributor of greenhouse gasses. Animals and their byproducts account for 32,000 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year. 51% of all worldwide pollution!
